Unbelievably incredible glamping village
Our wedding venue went bust 6 weeks before the big day, so after a total change of location we needed new vendors in the Cambridge area. I’ll forever be grateful I called Laura at Cambridge Bell Tents and Tipis, who along with a friend with a few extra tents, was able to step in and provide an unbelievably incredible glamping village in our friends local orchard.
15 tents were up in no time with a crack team, who also set up the stunning interiors, so by the time our guests arrived the next day they were gobsmacked at how beautiful and luxurious they felt. We had nothing but lovely comments about them and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for your wedding.

Answers to my most commonly asked questions about wedding bell tent glamping villages are included below.

For smaller bell tent bookings (1-2 tents), delivery and collection are free of charge within 15 miles of my headquarters in Fen Ditton, Cambridge. This roughly takes me to Newmarket, Ely, Soham, Huntingdon, St Neots, Royston, Saffron Walden, and Haverhill.
Beyond this, mileage is charged at £1 per mile travelled to compensate for travel time, fuel and vehicle upkeep.
For larger wedding glamping village bookings I'm happy to travel a little further afield: 45 miles tends to be the limit. If you're beyond this point, please get in touch and I'll do what I can to help, even if that means recommending another provider.
Summer weekends book up quickly. Many peak dates, including the Spring bank holidays, are typically reserved by early in the year. Booking as early as possible is the best way to secure your date.
I recommend reserving your best estimate of tent numbers, which can be adjusted once RSVPs are confirmed. Numbers can be amended up to four weeks before your wedding without penalty.
It’s never too early to book—my calendar is always open for advance reservations.
I can comfortably accommodate up to around 60 guests, based on 10 bell tents sleeping an average of 6 people per tent.
Most couples choose a more spacious layout of 2–4 guests per tent, which typically results in bookings of around 20–40 guests. This allows for a more relaxed, comfortable experience for your guests.
For larger weddings, I regularly collaborate with trusted partners to expand the village, allowing us to scale the setup while maintaining the same high standards of comfort and presentation across every tent.
Yes, every bell tent is fully set up and ready for your guests to enjoy.
The Classic package includes proper beds, comfortable mattresses and hotel-style bedding, creating a clean and comfortable space for your guests.
Upgrading to the Signature package adds layered details such as rugs, bedside tables, additional blankets and enhanced styling, creating a more finished, boutique feel.
Everything is delivered, installed and cleared for you, so there’s nothing for you or your guests to organise.
