The Bell Tent Lounge provides a relaxed seating area with layered rugs, comfortable cushions and thoughtful finishing details, giving your guests somewhere inviting to step away from the bustle of the celebration.

The lounge is typically styled in a soft, natural palette inspired by scandi-boho interiors: calm, neutral and easy to pair with most celebration themes.

If your event includes brighter colours or a festival-style scheme, the space can be adjusted so it still feels cohesive while keeping the relaxed atmosphere.

The Styled Luxe Picnic setup creates an inviting space for guests to gather, dine and celebrate—perfect for hen parties, baby showers and other special occasions.

Low-level picnic tables are set on layered rugs and cushions, creating a relaxed and comfortable space for guests to enjoy.

Each table is fully laid with proper crockery, glassware, cutlery and linen napkins, along with carefully chosen styling details to suit your chosen theme.

We use proper crockery, glassware and cutlery rather than disposable alternatives, creating a more welcoming table while avoiding unnecessary waste.

If you’d like a little reassurance against unpredictable weather, a bell tent can be added to shelter the picnic setup.

This creates a cosy, covered space while keeping the relaxed picnic atmosphere.

A decorative lace wigwam can also be added as a soft seating area nearby.

Styled with rugs, throws and cushions, it creates a lovely spot for guests to relax, and often becomes a favourite place for photos.

Decorative wigwam chill-out area – £50, or £140 including a balloon garland if you’d like an extra visual feature.

I provide the tables, linens, tableware and styling; you simply source the food.

If helpful, I can recommend trusted local caterers who provide grazing tables and afternoon tea options.

Glamping Guest Accommodation

Bell tent accommodation allows friends and family to stay overnight without the need for hotels or taxis home. Perfect for milestone birthdays, family gatherings, hen parties and relaxed corporate events.

Tents can be set up in your own garden, venue or nearby campsite, creating a welcoming space where guests can settle in and enjoy the celebration.

For clients who prefer an organised site, we also collaborate with Hatters Meadows campsite in Ely, a peaceful setting that works particularly well for larger gatherings.

Signature tents are styled with layered rugs, bedside tables with lanterns, scatter cushions, extra blankets, bunting and soft festoon lighting, creating a cosy glamping space that feels welcoming from the moment guests arrive.

I hired a luxury picnic setup for my baby shower and it looked fantastic. Laura does such beautiful aesthetics, I had a pink theme as I’m having a girl and it was spot on! All my friends were so impressed. The cushions are really comfy to sit on even at 35 weeks and the tipi was so cosy and lovely for photos. Laura is super reliable and friendly as well and I think the price is pretty good for what you get! Definitely recommend :) This kind of thing would be ideal for engagement parties & hen dos too!

how far do you travel?

HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

For small private events, delivery and collection are free of charge within 15 miles of our headquarters in Fen Ditton, Cambridge. This roughly takes me to Newmarket, Ely, Soham, Huntingdon, St Neots, Royston, Saffron Walden, and Haverhill.

Beyond this, mileage is charged at £1 per mile travelled to compensate for travel time, fuel and vehicle upkeep.

For larger glamping village bookings, for example, for family parties and corporate events, I'm happy to travel a little further afield: 45 miles tends to be the limit. If you're beyond this point, please get in touch and I'll do what I can to help, even if that means recommending another trusted provider.

Bell tents are hardy and waterproof. They provide the perfect setting for the unpredictable British weather during Spring and Summer! A wind- and waterproof space to shelter in the event of inclement weather means your outdoor event need never be spoiled.

My bell tent bookings may not be postponed due to rain. In the event of high winds or an electrical storm, I will happily move your booking to an alternative date.

For luxe picnic bookings, please ensure you have a wet-weather plan. This could be a space to move indoors, or you could consider hiring one of my bell tents as an appropriate shelter. 

For health and safety reasons and insurance restrictions, we do not allow or provide heaters for the bell tents. However, blankets are a-plenty, so you should never be chilly!
